Upon arrival I received a free room upgrade. The view was fantastic, and the mood in the late afternoon, as fog slowly swallowed everything, was truly beautiful. The staff were very courteous, warm, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. A small bar of soap was provided, but shampoo and other toiletries had to be brought. Breakfast was tasty, and I would recommend the in‑house restaurant. I would have liked to check out later. The service was excellent 😊 The room was very noisy; sounds from the entrance area and chair noises from the restaurant above seeped into the room unfiltered. Late at night or when it was quiet, it was calm again. The shower had low water pressure, though there was hot water. The air fresheners/odor sachets in the room were too strong for me, so I kept them sealed during my stay.
