“Never again”

The photos made the place look pretty, with a nice pond full of fish and two ducks that were a real eye‑catcher. The staff were friendly, but the price was outrageous for what you get. The room was shabby from the moment you stepped in, with scratched furniture and a flat, uncomfortable bed that even my dog would prefer. The outdoor bath was okay, and the kaiseki dinner was served well but mostly tasteless, as was the breakfast. I couldn’t wait to leave. I’ve stayed in huts and shacks around the world for much less, and this place, billed as a luxury spot, was only worth a 2‑star rating. Very disappointed 🤨

“Awesome stay, worth the price”

The staff were very welcoming, the rooms spacious, and the private onsen was amazing. The house is secluded, offering beautiful views of the stream. Every meal was generous, luxurious, and beautifully presented, leaving us full each time. The only downside is that some rooms feel a bit more traditional, with older appliances like a refrigerator and massage chair that look dated, though everything still works fine.

“感受滿滿日式傳統溫泉飯店的優質旅館”

The room was Japanese‑style and comfortable, with an in‑room hot spring you could use anytime, which was very relaxing. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful and satisfying; the onsen eggs were delicious and a must‑try. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent—really great 😎
