The room is spacious and the service is excellent.

I loved the rooms I booked for 41 pieces; they were spacious and nice, and the bathroom was a highlight. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main shopping centre and transport hubs. Cleaning could be better—ideally once a day or at least every other day instead of only once every three days. One of the best things about staying at a hotel versus an Airbnb is coming back to a tidy, welcoming space after a long day of exploring.

“I love this hotel in general. I will select it again in my next visit definitely.”

The location and staff are great, especially Kiki who was very helpful. Cleaning service is mediocre: they just toss my towel on the chair after cleaning the room, and there’s still dust in the corners.

“員工親切、地點很好、房間整潔舒適也夠大間，如果有再來札幌，會想要再來住。唯一可惜的是飯店沒有自助洗衣，但附近走5-10分鐘有自助洗衣房也很乾淨，只是比較麻煩。”
