All the facilities are fine except the toilet. There was a leak in the bathroom and water was coming out of the toilet bowl.

The location is very good, it’s nice that there was a pool and the mattress was good. It’s great that there was a water dispenser. It was dirty. Even after reporting it to staff nothing happened. The toilet lid stayed broken until the end. There was dust from the previous guest everywhere, the bed was only painted smooth. I asked for new paint. Maybe I’m being too picky 🤔

The accessibility to the center is good. The room overall was dirty. I found cockroaches and spiders in the room and bathroom. I never had hot water and no one notified me about it. When I asked, the answer was “no and there will be none.”

“Great”

The Coral hotel sits in downtown Cancun, close to the main bus station and within a short walk of Main Street where all the restaurants and bars are. The reception staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, equipped with flat‑screen TVs and Wi‑Fi. Two on‑site restaurants served breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a laundry was located next door. There was also a swimming pool, though we didn’t use it because we had other plans. All in all, it was a great experience that offered excellent value. Highly recommended. Nothing fell short of expectations, so no complaints.

“Mala experiencia en el descanso”

The location was good. The mattress felt a bit firm but tolerable, while the pillows were terrible—super hard—and should be replaced; sleep quality is what they promise, so that detail needs attention. 🙏🏻
