The location was central to everything, it could not have been better. I could hear everyone in the rooms around me, which made it hard to sleep, and the constant horn honking from the 4‑way intersection was also annoying.

It wasn’t clean at all; the showers had a lot of mould.

The hotel is a 3‑minute walk from the old town and the nightlife area. The pool is small but appreciated after a day of hiking. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and the family room is very spacious. I didn’t mind it, but it’s important to know there’s no elevator and the lower floors are more like a hostel with shared rooms.

I really enjoyed my time here; the room was large, immaculate and had everything needed for a comfy stay. The spot is fantastic—close to sights and eateries yet still quiet and relaxing. The team was warm, welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. It ranks among my best hotel experiences, and I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. It felt a bit tired compared to the pictures, but for the value it was probably about right. The pool seemed more ornamental than functional.
