The location was great.
“Para solo dormir y la ubicación está pasable”
The staff were helpful and the location was good. The cleanliness was lacking, and the bathroom and floors had a bad odor.
“Use it only if you are very tight on budget... is a hostel, not a hotel!”
The reception check‑in was easy and the team members were overall friendly, and I liked the location. The hotel was extremely noisy, towels were very limited and nobody came to replace them or offer new ones, there was no soap, only shampoo, and no extra information was given about the facilities.

However, the place didn’t look like the photos: it was dirty (hair on the floor, crumbs, a dirty terrace), the shower had no curtain, and everything was quite bad. They switched us to another room because ours was in terrible condition, and when we reported it was dirty, the new room we received was also in poor shape.
