Breakfast offered a good spread, and the hotel’s open‑air bar‑restaurant sits between two pools, so you could dine outside with shelter if it rained – a truly relaxing breakfast spot. The adults‑only boutique hotel felt modern and well‑decorated. I wasn’t thrilled about the open bathroom and the glass window in the shower area.

Everything was truly perfect! The room was gorgeous, spotless, and attended to every detail; the food was excellent with wonderful flavors and high quality. Service was flawless and the entire staff, the manager, and the owner were courteous, smiling, and eager to help. They made us feel at home. Congratulations on the outstanding hospitality—definitely coming back! ❤️

Compared to the large resorts in northern Crete, Casa Blue is a relatively small hotel, so it isn’t crowded. The room was spacious and clean, the two pools were a good size and allowed for a few laps. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered something for every taste. The hotel is in a fairly touristy northern area (full beaches, busy towns), yet it was quiet at night. The location is good if you plan day trips. However, some pool loungers were already reserved with towels at breakfast. Personally, I find that unnecessary, but we still had a free spot during our stay, so the “towel reservation” seemed superfluous.

The hotel was very clean, the staff extremely courteous, and what I appreciated most—and will return for—is the silence!

The boutique hotel was stunning and the service was excellent, plus the location was great and everything was spotless. The only downside was the absence of a gym, but we had known that before booking, so it doesn’t really hurt our overall experience; it’s just the one thing that might stop us from coming back.
