This tiny studio sits in an enviable spot with a view of the harbor and the beach. The bar on the premises serves excellent sfogliatelle for breakfast, and the apartment itself is spotless with a comfortable bed.

Breakfast is served in the on‑site bar below the accommodation, so there were no issues there; I’d suggest offering a menu of choices to avoid awkwardness when ordering. I highly recommend dining at their restaurant—book in advance and you’ll definitely be glad. Filippo is stellar, friendly, knowledgeable, and tells you about each dish, making the experience truly immersive. Upon arrival we encountered a few problems, but the staff addressed and resolved them promptly.

The property is very charming, clean, and fully equipped, and it boasts a wonderful panoramic terrace. A short walk away is a delightful little beach right under the Circeo promontory, and the sea is gorgeous. The owners’ welcome was exceptional—thanks again 🤩. There’s nothing else to add.
