I was really impressed with the room they gave me – it was much bigger than I expected, and the balcony offered a stunning view. I’d give a perfect 10 for the bar staff, the restaurant crew, and the housekeeping team. The food was tasty, the pool was clean, the Wi‑Fi was strong, and the entertainment schedule was fun. The only downside was that the booking page didn’t mention that the à‑la‑carte restaurants were extra‑charge; I only found out when I got there, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Also, the massage price is customized after asking which country you’re from – the exact price isn’t displayed for everyone, which feels uneven.
The food was very good, the staff were okay, and the cleanliness was fine. However, for a five‑star hotel, the minibar wasn’t restocked until the first day of the stay, which was disappointing.
The service was excellent, the bartenders were very quick, the food was good, and the hotel’s location right on the sea was ideal.
