The property was very quiet, and the outdoor terrace is a nice spot to sit, enjoy the view, and have a coffee. The room is basic but comes with a private bathroom. The family living there is super kind and helpful.

Good value for money; the rooms are upstairs with a nice view, and the shared bathroom was fine. The walls are thin, but fortunately the neighbors next door were quiet and respectful after 11 pm, so it didn’t bother me. The place is a little uphill from the main street—turn right and go straight until the road ends. The dog is lovely, always greets you and follows you around the garden each time you leave. I didn’t use the kitchen, but there are plenty of utensils. The fridge needs cleaning, and the doors and wooden floor make a little noise, so your sleep quality depends on other guests (I had no issues, everyone was respectful).

From the guest balcony you can see the peaks of Tetnuldi and Shchara, and the Hacvali ski area; there’s a garden in the courtyard. It’s quiet, no cars are heard.

The place was clean, the location great, hot water worked well, and it was cheap. The Wi‑Fi was slow and there was no soundproofing at all.
