We had a wonderful stay at El Bien Hotel; the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and offered plenty of local tips, so we felt right at home even though it was a hotel. The small but cute property was beautifully decorated, and the rooms were very comfortable, super clean, with great Wi‑Fi, comfy beds, Netflix, a fridge, and everything needed for a cozy stay. We even had a balcony to enjoy the beautiful view and listen to the incredible wildlife around, which was so peaceful. A short drive takes you into the main part of Tagaytay, and the staff can call Bachios/TukTuks for you nearby. Breakfast was included and had a great, delicious selection. We also dined there one evening and it was incredible. Complimentary coffee was always available, a local brew that was the best coffee I've had so far in the Philippines. Highly recommend a stay here; we will definitely return!

We had to book a hotel room for me, my parents, and grandparents last minute in Tagaytay, so we had minimal to low expectations, but this hotel exceeded them enormously. The staff were all welcoming, detailed, thoughtful, and caring, making us feel at home and cared for. Our rooms were nice, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms/showers. One room had a veranda with an exceptional view of the countryside. We chose our meals for the next morning at the front desk, where they recommended their beef tapa, which was so delicious that my whole family was more than pleased and finished everything, fully satisfied. The room also had a really huge TV, which was amazing. Honestly, everything was exceptional; I was sad we couldn't stay longer. If I ever return to Tagaytay, I would definitely book El Bien again. If you’re in the area, give this place a chance and check it out!
