The floor in my room was horrendously filthy—years of bacteria and mold all mixed together—and the manager did nothing about it, even when I pointed it out.

The location was fine, just one night before a boat trip on the chain of lakes; the room looked a bit worn but was acceptable for that single night, breakfast was decent but lacked bacon, the waffle maker worked, and the pool area seemed okay with a few sunbeds, though it was largely eclipsed by the Holiday Inn next door.
