You can't beat this location, just off the main square in Cortona.
The view from the window was enchanting.
The host was amazing. Staff were lovely.

“Week-end en couple”
A warm and friendly welcome, a perfect room, and a generous breakfast with a stunning view from the breakfast hall. The location is right in the center. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the atmosphere of Cortona.
The hotel is in a central spot. The only downside is that the room’s window looked out onto a courtyard full of pigeons.

The location was fine. We stayed for one night in August, having booked in March, and were given a room on the first floor with a window overlooking an inner courtyard where all the noisy air‑conditioning motors were parked. We couldn’t open the window, and even with it closed, the noise was very annoying. After we reported the issue, the staff said, “We had booked a standard room,” as if we hadn’t already paid for it. Breakfast was normal, nothing exceptional.
