The staff were the highlight of the hotel, all super friendly, helpful, and professional, but our room faced the small parking lot, and because there was no AC we had to keep the windows open, making it very noisy at night and ruining our sleep; the Wi‑Fi was also very weak and spotty.

The location was excellent, the hotel was modern and beautiful, the staff were kind, and the food was amazing; nothing to add.

ICARO is perfectly located in the heart of the Alp du Suisi nature reserve: from the hotel you can walk to many hiking trails; thanks to the modern décor chosen with great taste and warmth, and the pool, you’ll feel comfortable in this setting to relax, disconnect… and eat well; the restaurant’s cuisine is of very good quality; the hotel organizes plenty of activities to discover the region! It was our second stay at ICARO and we’ll gladly return; a second charging point for electric vehicles would be welcome.

From the viewpoint of the grasslands and the starting point for outdoor activities, staying here for a week was plenty.
