The spot is fantastic—close to the sea, the old town, and key sights. Rooms are spacious, the hotel is quiet, and the staff are wonderful! Breakfast is rich and excellent. However, we had a shower issue—water didn’t drain and the room flooded. The room feels old or poorly designed.

Anna at reception is amazing. The whole hotel staff deliver amazing service. Perfect.

The service is nice and the staff smile, the pool and spa are beautiful, the location is great, the food is good. For the regular rooms they are 4‑star level and their service is average, while the suites are amazing. Maintenance tried to help us but there are parts that need complete replacement, and the lobby should be bigger with more options ❤️
