A fantastic person, brilliant animators, truly top‑class, dancing in the water. Aquagym, steeple, awesome music, darts, never seen anything like it! The room was superb, we were upgraded to what I think is a 100 m², two bathrooms, everything close by, and they even have a bar on the beach. They really aim to entertain the guests, with fire shows, snakes, an oriental dancer – we’ll be back! The breakfast was average.

The pools, the activities, the room and the staff were all great, but if I had to point out a flaw it would be the buffet.

The original architecture of the hotel, with its bungalows in the heart of the medina, is particularly pleasant. The restaurants offer a variety of quality dishes, one of which has a beautiful terrace. Reception service is also very enjoyable. Another significant advantage: for those who wish, access to the water park with a private terrace, as well as to the theme park, is included in the stay, unlimited and just a 10‑minute walk away! The presence of nuisance insects, encouraged by the vegetation and trees, was especially noticeable in the gardens. Efforts are already underway to address this, but it might be worthwhile to strengthen preventive and treatment measures to further enhance guest comfort.

When we arrived, the reception staff were very welcoming, and a big thank you to Radhwan for the best hospitality and warm welcome. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean; thanks to Kafia and her team for making the room look wonderful and working at professional standards – I slept very well. The entertainment team, Marko and his crew, were the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel – very attentive and keeping you entertained throughout our stay, working hard all day to look after guests. The pool bar staff couldn’t have done more; drinks were brought to the subbed, and they were very friendly, especially Anis and Adam who worked so hard all day. The pizza at the snack bar was delicious and well cooked. The main restaurant was full of tasty food with a wide variety, and I want to say that Ayed was a brilliant asset to the team, ensuring we had food and drink for dinner. All in all, I had a fabulous time at this wonderful hotel and will be returning in two months. Thank you to everyone who made our stay.
