The location was good, but there was a lot of noise from the hallway and the elevator when it reached a floor. During our stay, we experienced three times that another person tried to enter our room and we had to ask them to leave, which made it feel a bit unsafe.

The location was very good, clean, and the staff were well‑attended, but arriving without reception made accessing the hotel difficult. No one was there to help us enter; we couldn’t get in, had internet but no phone line, so we had no way to contact the hotel. Our room was 402, and when we reached the fourth floor the door for that number wasn’t there. I suggest putting a sign on the floor with the room numbers behind the door. We were helped by some guests who happened to be leaving at that time. Everything else was fine.

The location was great, and the kitchen area with continental breakfast was fine, but the mattresses were far too soft. Even after exchanging them, the new ones were no better, so we barely slept during our stay.

Excellent location. Rooms are cleaned daily and very high quality. The mattress was changed, which is especially important in the hot season. Staff were responsive when there was an AC problem and fixed it quickly. I would prefer less uniform breakfasts. AC.

The location is perfect, right next to the center, and the guy who welcomed us was really kind and very helpful, even letting us keep our backpacks on the last day with a late departure. The room was nice and essential, but there were a few wall stains probably from humidity. Breakfast was simple with limited choices but still good.
