Everything was very clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help with everything, so I highly recommend it.

The doors were locked and nobody opened them for me, and the code was wrong; I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

WiFi was fine, but I recently stayed at Hotel Dasluki for a business trip and had to wait over an hour for staff to hand me the key after my late arrival, which was appreciated; however, the room temperature dropped so low that I had to sleep in clothes under two blankets because the radiator was turned off and stayed cold even after opening, as the heating in the building is switched off at 22:00 and only turns on again in the morning; I only had time for a shower after 23:00, but the water was also cold, and I didn't receive a kettle until the third day; the room description failed to mention that neither a bathroom nor a toilet were in the room, instead they are shared on the hallway, which should have been clearly communicated in the booking description; when we tried to address these issues with the hotel, we were met with an extremely unfriendly and arrogant response that ultimately told us not to book there again, which we will not do; we advise other guests to consider alternatives, and hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve service, because with more customer focus and transparency, this hotel could become much more attractive.

The location was great and very close to the highway, making it an ideal spot if you travel by car; however, there was no air-conditioning, so it was too warm; the room we were given was on the first floor with almost no sound insulation, it was not clean, and overall did not meet our expectations.
