There was nothing to like; it was the worst place to stay, with an ugly room and poor staff behavior. After confirming my booking, they told me the room was unavailable and charged more than three times the room rate; the room had no wash basin. Do not stay here.

They offered me an alternate property instead of the one I booked online, raised the price maliciously, and denied my original offer. There was no lift, forcing me to climb stairs with elderly people and kids, which was a deception regarding the price I had originally paid.

I booked the room over the phone with an Oyo representative, but when I arrived the accommodation wasn’t available, so the place was badly managed and I couldn’t stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired.

The hotel’s location was the only thing worth mentioning, yet the facilities and overall cleanliness were completely lacking.
