The maintenance guy is nice and tries to fix and help whenever possible. A cockroach was in the room and the toilet was backed up. We were moved to another room that smelled awful, and the office gave no other options, so we had to stay.

The rate was fair and the spot worked well for what we were after, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired and the dining area was cramped.

The location was nice and the staff fixed our bathroom light when it stopped working, but the bathroom itself could have been cleaner.

I loved the vibe, the room was super convenient and roomy, and the management and maintenance were kind, generous, on top of everything, and professional; they kept the place clean and decent, and I’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

We picked it because it’s the only hotel in Bryan, Ohio, but the office was overcrowded with junk, the so‑called breakfast was just cereal and a couple of oranges on a dirty counter, the rooms were in terrible shape with linoleum peeling and duct tape, rotting window frames, tacky floors, a filthy hairdryer under the sink, and several men outside our rooms that didn’t inspire confidence in safety.
