This Classic Triple Room has one bed and sleeps 3 guests. The room is air-conditioned for climate control. A private bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels are also included.
“Disappointed”
I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the condition and service of the hotel. The room provided to us is far below the standards that were promised at the time of booking. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bed linen was unclean and poorly arranged. We booked the room for 3 persons, but there were no towels or proper toiletries provided. Even after requesting them, we received only one damaged towel and a small Medimix soap, which is completely unacceptable for three guests. This is a serious failure in basic hospitality and hygiene standards. We are paying for a proper and comfortable stay, but the facilities and service provided are clearly not worth the amount charged. We are extremely unhappy with this experience and do not consider the room/service acceptable. I therefore request you to provide an appropriate refund or compensation for the inconvenience and poor service, and, if possible, arrange an alternative room that meets acceptable hygiene and service standards. Please treat this complaint seriously and resolve the matter immediately. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the refund/compensation. Read above
I booked a room, but upon arrival the staff asked me to cancel it, and the bathroom was filthy. The staff also stared at women in an uncomfortable manner. I’m sharing this so no one else will have the same negative experience.
Nice stay, nice location, helpful staff.
They refuse to accept my booking and do not welcome Sri Lankan passport holders, which is unacceptable.

The room is an exact replica of a messed up dorm.The washroom is unhygienic.It is extremely overpriced and lacks even the basic aminities.It is a disgusting place to even see let alone stay.Zero or negative star rating would be apt for that shithole.
