Breakfast was excellent. Special coffee and cappuccino. Freshly baked brioches of various kinds were always available. The owner and bar staff were very kind and helpful with anything. The accommodation, consisting of a room and bathroom, was furnished in a modern style, spacious, welcoming, and functional. The common area for the rooms also had a sofa, table, chairs, a storage unit, and a full kitchen to prepare any dish. Located in the city centre on the main street of Frattamaggiore, it was very convenient for my needs and also close to the train station (5/8 minutes on foot), making it strategically useful for any requirement. Even though the accommodation faced the busy street below, the windows were closed and no noise was heard, so it was well insulated. The owner Angelo is a wonderful person, precise and prompt in communications, and very available for any request. The access to the courtyard and the stairs leading to the rooms could be improved, but I’m not sure if they belong exclusively to the owner or also to other condominiums.

“La struttura è fantastica”

The building itself is fantastic, very polished and modern. The absolute highlight is the soundproofing: the daytime area is lively and busy, but once inside the room you’re enveloped in silence. Even on the liveliest weekends, the location and isolation of the property allow for total rest, which is far from guaranteed elsewhere. I found the key‑code access system incredibly convenient; it removes the anxiety of losing keys around (which happens to me often!) and makes you fully independent right from check‑in. A special shout‑out goes to the welcome kit: usually B&Bs offer only the bare minimum, but here the products are top‑quality. I used all of them gladly because you can tell they’re not the cheap, run‑of‑the‑mill items; there’s a real focus on quality even in the small details. The breakfast is the cherry on top: it’s served in the bar right below the building and is packed with fresh Neapolitan delights. Starting the day with a genuine sfogliatella is pure bliss. Cleanliness is excellent and the management is smart. The only technical details I’d tweak: the bed frame feels a bit too “ballerina” and tends to wobble a lot when you move, giving it a boat‑like feel. Also, in my room the motion‑sensor light is awkward at night; when you get up to go to the bathroom you’re literally blinded (I had to turn it off from the electrical panel). A softer light or a standard switch would be better. Finally, the TV is a bit small from the bed, but overall the stay remains excellent.

The room was very comfortable and had all the comforts. The sheets weren’t very white, even after we replaced them with new ones.
