“Over priced parking at the hotel”
The location was great and the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, yet we had to pay for parking, which felt pricey, and the hotel was full of rude guests banging doors and shouting in the corridors late at night.

The hotel’s location was good and the room was lovely, but the bed squeaked when I moved and the fried eggs were overcooked, staying too long under the headlamps.

The location and the extensive breakfast were positives, but the reception was very business‑like; the twin‑bedroom was much smaller than the one with two single beds; the mattress was quite firm and the shower in the bathroom was narrow and uncomfortable for people with back problems or older guests.

The place was spotless and in a fantastic spot, the room was nice and the staff were super helpful, but the walls were thin and we could hear the conversation in the next room.
Staff were friendly, the location brilliant and the room facilities good, yet the overall interior felt a bit tired—carpets in the hallway looked worn—and it wasn’t as good as the last place we stayed in Chester.
