The manager and the restaurant crew, especially Fahad, were great and the restaurant quality surpassed the rest of the hotel. Room service was poor and the beach bus ran infrequently.

I found the hotel exactly when I needed it, and the comfort and service were beyond what I expected. Everyone was attentive and polite, fulfilling requests without me even having to ask. The pools were clean and excellent—my doubts from reviews vanished. The beach is free and nearby; I could walk comfortably instead of taking the bus on schedule. A supermarket and a place to stroll (Mamshi) are within walking distance, with reasonably priced shops. Reception handled everything quickly and courteously.
