“Magnifique logement moderne et avec une vue dégagée !”
The accommodation was simply the best on our route! The Hillside Suite was ultra‑new and very spacious, exactly what we were looking for: in the heart of Ballstad, with excellent breakfast and attentive staff. We loved the stay and found the price very reasonable, which is sometimes rare in that area. Absolutely nothing negative.

Everything was perfect, and the staff were all lovely; the village shop and walks were also close by. We would have liked a ferry to Ballstad for more walking, and the glasses of wine were small.
The property was beautiful and the room was comfortable with a great harbour view.
“Modern, superb acommodation”
We stayed in a deluxe studio on a mound above the other properties. The interior is larger than the photos suggest and feels very modern, with the biggest bathroom we’ve had on our entire trip through northern Norway. The on‑site restaurant serves amazing food for both dinner and breakfast. There is plenty of free parking on site, but you may have to carry your luggage a fair distance depending on which cabin you’re assigned (OK unless it’s raining!).
