The rooms were not clean.

The price was average, but I disliked everything else: no lift, the washroom was in poor condition with no proper water taps, the service was bad, staff didn’t guide me on how to get hot water, the cots were weak, and I was charged for AC that didn’t work.

Nothing good, but the staff demanded extra money, had already assigned my room to someone else, denied me a room, cancelled my booking without informing me, and demanded more money.
