The room was not cleaned properly and had a very bad smell. Due to these poor conditions, I had to check out earlier than planned. I kindly request that you do not promote or list such rooms on your website, as it causes inconvenience and disappointment to guests. The room was silent and very comfortable, but you need to bring proper amenities like a heater and clean more thoroughly overall; it was a good experience.

“I trusted Booking.com”

The hotel didn’t serve breakfast at all, and the bathroom was filthy—shower, flush tank, and wash basin tap all failed, with only a trickle from the tap. Walls were grimy, the fan was clogged with dust, and the door mat looked awful.
