Everything was absolutely dirty and horrible, no staff, they just came and took the deposit and never returned it – beware. I never got the room I paid for, they asked for more money and then left, never responding again. The place was filthy, dusty, and everything I asked for was missing.

It’s close to nightlife, but I couldn’t sleep all night because of terrible noise and no management to help.

The place was clean and the location was a plus, but there was no staff. The room keys were handed out by the men working at the barbershop after we paid a deposit of 500 THB, and they didn’t speak English. In our room the shower tap was broken; someone was supposed to fix it at 6:00 am, but nobody showed up. The next afternoon we were moved to another room, where the air‑conditioning was broken and flooded the entire room. When we reported the problem, there was zero response. The water was cold, the window didn’t seal, and I should note that the parties in the area don’t finish until about 4:00 am, so the noise was significant.
