The accommodation was lovely, the location was good. The shower didn’t work; the water in the shower was a puddle. The man at reception seemed like he didn’t want to do his job.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and both breakfast and dinner were generous, varied, and tasty; the surroundings offered a wonderful view. We received a discount card for the area, but we couldn't use it, although it would have been a big help if we had planned the program differently. On arrival, the room was set up for two people instead of three, but they fixed it immediately. The curtain was torn, the parquet was ugly and scuffed—probably because of pets—and the radiator in the bathroom was thickly dusty, so my comfort level dropped a bit. In the bathroom there was a tarantula the size of a tarantella, which gave me a fright, but my husband handled it.
