I booked this hotel solely for its advertised heated pool, and when I called I was told it was heated. At check‑in I double‑checked and she confirmed it again, yet the water was freezing 🥶. When I asked the front desk again, she seemed to stumble over her words 🤦🏽‍♀️. In my room the TV was on, the guest next door kept knocking on the wall, and overall it felt like a waste of money.

“Disappointed”

The closet offered plenty of space, but the room was infested with roaches 🪳. I asked the manager to call me, but no one did. They didn’t mention that rooms are only cleaned every three days, even though the website lists a jacuzzi that isn’t actually there. Police were on the property with a gun, an AK‑47, and it scared my daughter.

“I would say the muste was adequate, but I would not return to that particular Best Western.”

The breakfast was standard but included fresh fruit, which made it decent. The room’s cleanliness was lacking: the refrigerator wasn’t keeping food cold and was full of ice, indicating it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was no blanket in the room, so we had to ask the front desk for one. On the bright side, the staff was accommodating, though I overheard a conversation about making up their own bed, which felt out of place.
