The hotel’s proximity to the station was convenient, and the room was bright and clean, which I appreciated. I also liked having a large bathtub available. The only drawback was the lack of a clear price breakdown for the paid channel, which left me confused and ultimately made me decide not to use it.

The hotel was near the station and had a nice terrace, but the room felt a bit cramped.

It was great to be able to soak in the on‑site hot spring. For first‑time visitors to Sendai, the location is indeed close to Sendai Station, but the directions provided were a bit vague.

Breakfast was tasty, but the front desk staff’s service felt uniform and unpersonalized.

As a business hotel the rooms were on the larger side, access was good, and the large bath was nice, though small.
