“Placentera 🥰”
No loud traffic noise, which is perfect for disconnecting from the city. The only downside is that the restaurant might need more supplies during events like weddings.
The overall atmosphere is very pleasant, and everything was flawless.
The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and cozy.
“Tranquilidad y naturaleza”
The place offers peace and nature.
“Lugar agradable pero falto de logística y mantenimiento”
Close to an event at Hacienda Nueva Country Club, the setting is lovely with well‑kept gardens and beautiful nature, but the cabins lack upkeep. Basic supplies such as toilet paper and towels had to be requested from staff. The personnel are friendly, yet the check‑in process was chaotic and the promised reservation was not offered.
