The tenants are no longer respectful, they smoke, the smell seeps into the room, and they talk loudly.

The ground‑floor room was available for my disabled husband and the parking space was handy, but the bathroom disappointed us: the shower curtain is too short so water splashes everywhere, the tap is hard to stop, the towels are tiny and thin, making drying difficult, and there is no soap; the breakfast is basic and very industrial, lacking homemade items and variety, with no eggs, cheese, or ham—acceptable for one night, but more comfort would be nice.
