The location is good and the hotel is well appointed, but the spa fell short: there was no direct phone line, so my initial request for a consultation at reception never connected; after visiting in person I still couldn't get a facial or a chin wax because there were no products or technicians available, and although they promised these would arrive the next day, nothing happened—basic spa services that should have been offered.

Within Nairobi, the bed was horrible, there weren’t enough pillows, it smelled stuffy, it was noisy and you could hear cars outside, and the parking was unfinished, with trash that also smelled.

I liked the room; it was clean and comfortable. I also went to the spa, which was very good, and the food was nice, and they went out of their way to accommodate me.

Breakfast was fine, and especially staff member Batrecia was very friendly and nice.
