I paid a decent rate, but it didn’t feel worth it; the staff were kind, even though their manager seemed to be putting a lot of pressure on her. The place was in a bad spot, the linens were dirty and smelled, the AC wasn’t working properly, the owner seemed greedy and the room was unsecured—there were no locks from the inside. No one was on duty when I checked out.

“Comfortable stay except for the CR”

The spot is great, just a short walk to Albay town center, and you get a lot for the price, plus extra plates, glasses, cups, utensils, and a free water heater. The room was too small, needed proper upkeep and a thorough cleaning, the sink should have been cleaned, and the contact number was out of date or the host didn’t respond quickly.
