The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautifully decorated; we felt like we were staying at a five‑star hotel. The parking situation could be made clearer, as valet is the only on‑site option.

The property was very nice and clean. I asked to be in a specific location of the hotel and it was granted without issue. Staff was awesome. It is minutes from the airport and the hotel has a shuttle bus every 15 minutes or so. I have no complaints.

Near the airport with free shuttle, breakfast was European style and cost $26 per adult. However, the first night's charge was unclear and I fought for almost three months to get a refund; only a direct call to the Hyatt support team resolved it, as neither Booking nor the payment system helped.
