“Horrible”
I was initially pleased with the room I had booked, but unfortunately, the owner switched it to a much inferior one without my consent, and to my dismay, charged the same price. The service was extremely disappointing, as the owner not only cancelled my booking but also allowed someone else to book the room immediately, leaving me without an option. What's more, I didn't receive any reimbursement, despite the room being overpriced.
