Towels and bed linen were clean. The old hotel was in poor condition, run down and filthy. The room stank as soon as the door was opened. The floor was dirty with cigarette ends. The furniture was dirty, floor tiles were dirty, the broken window had no handle, paint was peeling off dirty walls and the bathroom smelled so bad; the shower had no pressure and you couldn't stand the smell anyway. The lift was filthy, as was the building. 🤮

The room facilities were very good, the modern design and convenience suited business guests. The bathroom was extremely bad, too small and had a huge column in the middle.
