The place is ideally located and the staff are amazingly friendly; getting a room with a balcony is worth every cent.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s usually great; the staff are kind and helpful and the location is spot on, but this time the Wi‑Fi was very slow and the elevator is tiny, which is probably normal in France.

The hotel has a superb location, the rooms are large and well equipped, and everything is clean, but there is no publicly available shower.

The hotel sits in a fantastic spot with plenty of cafés, bars, a tram stop nearby, and the beach within easy reach, yet the air conditioning in our room didn’t work while the outside temperature was around 32°C; we were told it was a known issue before check‑in, no alternative room was offered until the next day, so we had to change rooms during our stay; most staff were pleasant, but one person was not very helpful when we collected the key for the new room, which made the situation more frustrating.
