“May you just check your TV's because mine was not working”

The breakfast was very good and the location is superb. The staff at reception and the linen in the rooms were marvelous.

We made a confirmed booking. However, upon arrival for check‑in, we were informed that the room we booked had already been given to another guest and that the establishment had no available accommodation for us. We were told that they could only refund the amount we had paid. Although we eventually received the refund for the booking amount, this does not cover the inconvenience, distress, and additional costs we incurred. We were left stranded without accommodation and had to wait while searching for alternative lodging at short notice, which was both stressful and financially burdensome. This situation is unacceptable, especially considering that we booked well in advance to avoid such issues. We will advise on what it can do to remedy the situation as we cannot trust for future bookings.
