Instalações são muito boas, entretanto, como não existe sala própria para o pagamento entre a suíte e os corredores de serviço, a conversa entre os funcionários invade os quartos prejudicando o silêncio necessário ao descanso e o sono. Como trata-se de um "Motel", os funcionários não estão aclimatados com o perfil " hotel ", sendo que, ao sair sempre me foi perguntado se iria voltar. outra coisa que poderia ser melhorado para o uso como Hotel seria o pagamento através do alçapão existente na suíte. Existe TB um barulho inconveniente relativo a uma grade de drenagem existente no local onde transitam os carros. Acredito que com correções simples como mudança de protocolos e treinamento de funcionários. A único inconveniente que vejo não ter solução é a cobrança dos valores antecipados maiores que valores individuais por período. Ex: paguei 3441,00 reais por 4 diárias antecipadamente, através de reserva 6 meses antes, e se deixasse para pagar por período de 12 horas pagaria 169,00 x 8 = 1352,00
