Beside a reserve with a river and a large lily pond, Ensoh offers a bohemian escape for weary travelers; you’ll feel at home with the friendly host Brett, a native English speaker, and his lovely wife who truly go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The house is very arty and full of curios, with linen sheets, feather pillows and comfy futons, and it’s fully equipped with everything you need. A functional kitchen enabled some memorable family meals, and the beautiful sitting area with its own Japanese garden was an added pleasure; our whole family loved it!

We loved our stay at Ensoh. The location was perfect and tranquil, just a short cycle to Uno Port, and we had everything we needed. The hosts were super attentive and easy to communicate with us.

Beautiful house on the hill, very relaxing. There were also bicycles and a path for hiking behind the house, and the decoration and garden were very beautiful.
