We stayed twice, once heading north and then back, and each night we were relieved to arrive at the hotel and unwind; the rooms were spotless with direct lake access and a hearty breakfast, and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was the connecting door to a neighboring room, which isn’t ideal for sound isolation, but fortunately the neighbors were exceptionally quiet.

The location is great, the service is excellent, and the food is superb. Everything was perfect.

Everything was excellent: comfortable beds, a powerful shower, tasty breakfast, pleasant drinks by the water, a parking spot across the street with a charging point, clean and hygienic, and friendly staff. I can’t think of anything that bothered me.

The front‑desk and restaurant staff were good, but the noise level under the rooms was a bit high.

The hotel sits nicely on Küchensee, but the rooms at the back face the main street, so when the windows were closed you couldn’t sleep. The restaurant offers a wonderful lake view, as do the rooms overlooking the lake. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were very nice. The stairwell in the corridor where our room was had a heavily worn carpet, and the sauna was small and dark.
