“DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE”
NOT MUCH TO LIKE. the place looks like an unfinished construction mess with unpaved driveway and unkept gardens. Arriving the place raised much confusion IF we are at the right place. The entrance from the road was dark. poorly lighted. The driveway was partially red soil and there's concern for nail punctures on my tyres. When we finally got the keys to our rooms, we discovered one of the rooms was infested with black ants surrounding the bottom of the toilet bowl and the seat was not clean , unwashed!. The hand held bidet didn't work. The air-conds in all the rooms wasn't cold even at 16degrees full blast.i slept in sweat. But when the nights got cooler. it became bearable but not comfortable.the pillow was hard, the bed was stiff. and the common area looked like someone else's kitchen with food in the fridge which looked like it passed its expiry date. There weren't any proper sign from the road to indicate the entrance of the premises. and it was dark! Security felt compromised. My assessment is that the management was not prepared to receive guest and didn't take enough initiative to ensure everything was in good and functional condition. HAIR DRYER should have been easily made available upon request
