Everything was spotless. The spot right next to the metro is a win. The lounge is cozy and not crowded, so you can chill. Staff were super friendly. The room was a bit smaller than the pictures showed, but that didn't bother me. The bed was on the firmer side – not my favorite, but it's a matter of taste. The AC was low and couldn't be turned up; I didn't ask the staff, maybe they'd fix it. The bathroom was mixed, which is a personal preference. All in all, I'd recommend it; the flaws are minor.

The room was spacious and let in plenty of natural light. But it's on the 16th floor of a mixed‑use building, and the elevators are tiny for the number of people that go up and down. The building feels old and could use some upkeep. Also, the front desk isn't open 24/7.

Absolutely everything! The location is spot‑on, just a two‑minute walk to the metro. The staff were kind, the place was clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain about.
