Very nice staff, well‑trained service, new and beautiful wellness area! According to the description the hotel should offer a bike rental, which we thought was inside the hotel, but it isn’t; it’s 1 km away yet it works.

The sauna in the room and the restaurant where we ate very well and where hygiene is respected. The bathtub in the room was a bit small.

A round‑the‑clock great hotel. From the management to the service staff all super friendly and helpful. Rooms are well equipped (here with a private sauna on the balcony). The wellness area is exquisite, tasteful and elegant. Breakfast is extremely extensive and special requests are handled kindly. The restaurant service offers a superb kitchen.

The hotel serves an outstanding breakfast, and its spot right on the Mosel and along the bike path makes cycling a breeze.

The room was spacious, boasting a balcony overlooking the courtyard with vineyards in view; we could use the spa for free but chose to unwind on the balcony instead. We extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much. The terrace restaurant delivered top‑tier dishes, and breakfast was flawless with a wide variety. No complaints.
