Hạ Long New Century Hotel

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly the spacious and beautiful pool, and the friendly staff who made me feel welcome. However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast offerings, which were limited to only one type of meat - sausage - for all four days I stayed.

I was not pleased with the extra charges I incurred during my stay. When I booked two rooms for my family, which included two adults and three children, I was surprised to be asked to pay an additional fee because each room was only allowed two people. Although the fee wasn't excessive, it still made me feel uncomfortable.

“Good hotel, but not a good location, not at all close to the beach”

I was misled by the hotel's information about its location. It claimed to be close to the beach, but in reality, it's quite far from the nearest beach. This was a significant issue for me, and I wish the hotel had been more accurate in its description.

“Very clean and modern, would stay again”

My stay at this hotel was really nice, and I appreciated the convenient location, which had plenty of places to eat nearby. Additionally, the hotel provided security for motorbikes, which was a great feature. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by the fact that it didn't have a fitness center, despite advertising that it did. This was a major disappointment for me, and I wish the hotel had been more honest about its amenities.
