We stopped there for one night on our way to Scandinavia; the evening by the lake was very relaxing, and we felt comfortable with the facilities, breakfast, and dinner buffet. The rooms were clean, functional, and the grounds well maintained, offering good value. The combination of hotel rooms, guest houses for groups, and a school camp for children is spread across the property but well separated.

The location is wonderful, just 2 minutes to the lake, but the Wi‑Fi was not very strong.

It was like an old East German holiday camp as one might imagine; the houses and rooms were clean, so everything was top. The grounds are very spacious, and having a bike on site is a dream. It’s more suited for young people, with many youth groups there enjoying themselves and making contacts. It was worth the experience, and the staff, both accommodation and security, were great. I cannot fault the accommodation itself, but the restaurant food was not great.
