New World Andaz really lives up to its reputation; the location is unbeatable for shopping and travel, the rooms are tidy with a great vibe, Yuna’s service was thoughtful and thorough, the front desk was calm and courteous, and overall it was a comfortable stay that’s a top choice for anyone visiting Shanghai.
