The room was uncomfortably hot and the window wouldn’t open; I had to wait over 10 minutes for the tap to give warm water in the shower. The cups and carpet were dirty, and there was nothing positive to mention.

The shower pressure was weak, and I found two long black hairs on the bathroom floor. The decor looked worn out, and what was advertised as a £50 deposit turned into a £150 one with no explanation, which remains a mystery. I could hear everything happening in the corridor, so I had to insist on a quiet room—something I had requested when booking because of a prior bad experience, but it was completely ignored.

The location is good because I use this Hotel for when I stay for work. The bedroom was worn out and a little shabby Good do with revamp The first bedroom I was allocated had a window that was open and could not close
